American Eagle’s New Campaign- Lexi Cass

American Eagle’s Aerie (their underwear+ more store) launched a new campaign this week promoting positive body image for men. In recent years, many changes have taken place in the retail/modeling world to cut back on retouching of women’s bodies and unrealistic body standards. This is the first I can think of that is celebrating the various body types of men. Men are also put under pressure to look a certain way, and since I can remember, every guy on a men’s underwear box had a perfect six pack. Men should also be celebrating for their various body types. American Eagle has been making a lot of positive changes, and I am happy for the brand (and continue to buy my jeans there!).
